A Study of Hrm Practices and Organizational Culture in Selected Private Sector Organizations in India

چکیده

This paper examined the relationship between HRM practices and organiza-tional culture in private sector organizations operating in India. Organizational culture hasdeveloped in the Indian environment along with global work values. This study is based ona survey of 95 respondents working in two private sector organizations. Although the HRMpractices in these organizations differ a lot, there is a signifi cant relationship between HRMpractices and organizational culture.
